Sharpei Kennel
I purchased a very sick sharpei puppy from a back yard breeder, what legal recourse can I take?
So far he had double entropia (both eyelids were growing into his eyes and would ulcerate them and eventually cause blindness, besides being painful), a collapsed trachea, a hernia, and is a double cryptorchid (both testicles are somewhere in his abdomen and will not descend). The most urgent issue was his eyes had corrective surgery Beijing is a very sweet pup and it just breaks our hearts to know that he has so many health issues. Now vet diagnosed beijing with kennel cough about 4 days. I have been giving him antibotic and doesn’t seem to be improving. what can I do legally with breeder.
Do you have a contract with a health guarantee?
If not, then all you’ve got is a lesson learned…Next time do your homework and buy from a reputable breeder.
